Before stepping into product leadership and strategic design in industrial software, I built a diverse foundation through hands-on work across consulting, public sector innovation, and research-led design.
2011-2015: Early design consulting
At Globant India, I collaborated with startups and large enterprises across mobile, web, and infrastructure platforms. Working closely with both in-house and client-side teams, I translated complex requirements into thoughtful, human-centered products, guiding projects from initial concept through to launch.
2015-2018: Strategic and speculative design
In 2015, I moved to Oslo and joined the University of Oslo Library, as the design lead for the LibraryUX initiative. This effort aimed to embed design as a strategic capability within the library system. I supported the creation of the design-led brand Frilux and facilitated 11 hands-on workshops with librarians across across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
Concurrently, I contributed to the Creative Europe–funded YoungExpressions project, coordinating international collaborations, mentoring student and artist-led design projects, and developing speculative design explorations utilizing voice interfaces, sensors, and early machine learning toolkits.
My PhD thesis, Designing Smart Things, was a reflection on these projects in practice—exploring how design unfolds across systems, strategy, and emerging technologies.
These experiences laid the groundwork for the research, frameworks, and critical perspectives I now apply to AI-powered tools, infrastructure design, and organizational strategy.

I have been a practising interaction designer for over 6 years. At Globant India, I consulted for a diverse range of clients, from early-stage startups to large companies. While there, I collaborated closely with in-house design and development teams and client-side product leadership to resourcefully help transform complex goals into human-centric products and services. I have worked with projects across a breadth of domains and platforms, from inception to execution and delivery.
In 2015, I moved to Oslo, where I worked with the University of Oslo library and the Creative Europe project YoungExpressions alongside my PhD. With the library, I worked to develop a strategic approach for introducing and positioning design as a capability and competence for librarians. I led 11 hands-on workshops with and for librarians based on this approach and was also involved in transforming it into a brand. In the YoungExpressions project, I was responsible for various aspects of project co-ordination. As a part of this project, I also mentored design projects by students and artists and created independent explorations of smart technologies like machine learning and voice-based devices.
